Abstract
Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang pesat, Supply Chain Management (SCM) menjadi salah satu aspek yang tidak bisa diabaikan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis. Dengan semakin kompleksnya rantai pasokan, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep dan aplikasi SCM menjadi krusial bagi para praktisi dan peneliti di berbagai bidang industri. Melalui buku ini, saya berusaha untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang Supply Chain Management dan aplikasinya dalam konteks bisnis modem. Dengan menggali berbagai teori dan praktik terkini, diharapkan pembaca akan memperoleh wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana SCM dapat diimplementasikan secara efektifuntuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Saya berharap buku ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi para pembaca khususnya mahasiswa Teknik industri, baik mereka yang tengah mempelajari SCM maupun yang sudah berkecimpung dalam dunia industri.
