Buku ini membahas pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, khususnya Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS), sebagai solusi inovatif untuk sistem pengeringan makanan yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Dalam konteks pertanian dan industri pangan skala kecil hingga menengah, proses pengeringan merupakan tahapan penting untuk memperpanjang masa simpan, mengurangi kadar air, dan menjaga kualitas produk pangan. Namun, penggunaan sumber energi konvensional seperti bahan bakar fosil sering kali tidak efisien, mahal, dan menimbulkan dampak lingkungan.

- Pemanfaatan Energi Surya untuk Sistem PengeringanBuku ini menyoroti bagaimana energi matahari dapat dikonversi menjadi listrik melalui sistem fotovoltaik (PV) dan kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk menjalankan sistem pengering makanan. Fokus ini bertujuan untuk menggantikan sumber energi konvensional dengan energi bersih dan terbarukan.
