Topik ini membahas pemanfaatan inovasi sebagai landasan strategis dalam menjaga keberlanjutan institusi di tengah perubahan lingkungan yang dinamis. Inovasi dipahami sebagai proses pembaruan berkelanjutan pada tata kelola, layanan, budaya organisasi, serta pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan ketahanan, relevansi, dan daya saing institusi. Penekanan diberikan pada kemampuan institusi dalam beradaptasi terhadap tantangan internal dan eksternal, mengoptimalkan sumber daya, serta menciptakan nilai jangka panjang bagi pemangku kepentingan. Pendekatan ini menempatkan inovasi tidak hanya sebagai respons terhadap perubahan, tetapi sebagai elemen inti dalam perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan institusional.

Fokus Utama:

Penguatan kapasitas institusi melalui pengembangan inovasi yang berkelanjutan, mencakup pembaruan tata kelola, peningkatan kualitas layanan, adaptasi terhadap perubahan lingkungan strategis, serta penciptaan nilai jangka panjang bagi pemangku kepentingan.

Fitur Unik :

Integrasi inovasi secara sistematis dalam kerangka keberlanjutan institusi, dengan penekanan pada keseimbangan antara adaptasi strategis, efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya, dan penguatan nilai institusional jangka panjang.

Target Audiens :

 Pimpinan institusi, pengelola organisasi, pengambil kebijakan, serta akademisi dan praktisi yang memiliki kepentingan dalam pengembangan inovasi dan keberlanjutan institusi.
