Strategi Meningkatkan Kesehatan Kerja Di Guru Paud: Optimalisasi Religiusitas Dan Mindfulness
Abstract
Segala puji syukur penulis ucapkan kepada Allah SWT karena dengan rahmatnya kita dapat menjalani dengan utuh sesuai dengan takaran yang diberikan oleh-Nya. Shalawat dan salam juga diberikan kepada junjungan kita Rasullulah SAW karena telah menuntun kita dari jalan yang gelap menuju jalan yang terang yaitu Agama Islam. Psikologi Positif adalah salah satu kajian psikologi yang berpusat pada kesejahteraan atau well-being dari individu, yang berlawanan dengan kajian psikologi terdahulu yang berpusat pada psikopatologis dan gejala gangguan mental. Psikologi positif lebih berfokus pada bagaimana menjaga keadaan psikologis diri dari pada mengobat. Buku ini membahas salah satu kajian psikologi positif yang disebut occupational well-being yang berfokus pada well-being dan pekerjaan seseorang. Harapannya dengan adanya buku ini akan memperbanyak referensi yang membahas topik kajian psikologi positif yaitu occupational well-being tepatnya kesejahteraan psikologi guru paud. Penulis mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Risetmu Muhammadiyah yang telah memberikan pendanaan pada penelitian terdahulu sebagai dasar dari penulisan buku ini. Selanjutnya penulis juga berterima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang telah membatu penyusunan buku ini hingga selesai.
